Shipments are made on the same day, as long as the products are available and the order has been placed and paid by 12.00pm. (working days), and the delivery time is 24 – 48 hours. For orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or weekdays after 12:00 p.m. they are processed the next working day. Delivery time may also be affected by the payment method you choose.

For products that are not immediately available you will be informed electronically by e-mail or by phone.

Due to the emergency measures taken to deal with CoViD-19 and the overload on transport services, the delivery time may differ from 24-48 hours which is the estimated shipping time.

 

Greece
Shipments throughout Greece are made through the company TACHYMETAFORES ELTA at a cost to the buyer.Alternatively, you can choose to pick up from the company’s headquarters free of charge when ordering.

Shipping cost (Prices include VAT 24%)

1. For all orders for DOOR-DOOR delivery up to 2 kg the coloring is € 3.00.

2. However, some products may have an additional charge of € 0.50 / € 1.00 / € 2.00 in addition to € 3.00 due to the need for special management, packaging, etc.

3. For orders over 2 kg an extra charge of 1 € / kg is applied

4. Cash on delivery is not available for some products.

5. COD costs are not included in the shipping costs and are borne by the customer.

6. Shipping cost is calculated automatically before the payment is completed so that you know in advance the exact amount of the charge.
